NCDEX is an organization, which is working to transform the Indian agricultural marketing ecosystem for the benefit of all its stakeholders. Taking great pride in becoming a part of its mission, it was in May 2014 when I, as a fresher with an academic background of Agribusiness Management joined this organization as a part of its Market Intelligence team. 9 years hence, it has been a satisfactory, enriching and fulfilling professional journey.

At NCDEX, there is an open door policy where seniors from all verticals are easily approachable and always available to guide and support. The working environment here provides many opportunities to enhance skills and abilities by working on diverse tasks involving cross-sectional teams making learning an ongoing process.

As we mark two decades of our Exchange, I am honored to reflect on the remarkable journey we've had, navigating the agricultural landscape in the country.
