The Exchange has created a dedicated Investor Grievance Cell (IG) which receives all the complaints from inventors/clients against the members and takes them up for resolution with the member.
To lodge a complaint against the Trading Member, the investors/ clients are required to submit a duly filled up Complaint Registration Form.

While filling up the form, the following should be ensured:
- Claim amount and statement of calculation should be clearly stated.
- Copies of documents in support of the claim should be provided.
- Copies of correspondences exchanged with the member should be provided
