Investor Services Cell of the Exchange deals with the
complaints of investors against the Members of the Exchange. Investors can
lodge their complaints against the members along with the supporting documents
either by registering their complaints through SMART ODR Portal (w.e.f August
16, 2023) or SCORES portal.

While filing the dispute, the following should be ensured:
- Claim amount and statement of calculation should be clearly stated.
- Copies of documents in support of the claim should be provided.
- Copies of correspondences exchanged with the member should be provided.
