He has also served as Chairman of the Board of the Primary Dealers Association of India. During his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership positions with leading global financial institutions including First Abu Dhabi Bank, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank and American Express Bank Ltd. His experience spans financial markets, treasury, fixed income, foreign exchange, derivatives, risk management, capital markets, debt markets, asset-liability management and business transformation. He has been associated with the development and growth of financial market businesses across India and international markets, leading large businesses and driving strategic initiatives across trading, sales, treasury and market infrastructure functions.

•      He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University, USA and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Mr. Atul Roongta

• He is a former Chief Operating Officer of BOI AXA Investment Managers and has worked with Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Limited and KPMG Advisory Services Private Limited.
• He has over 27 years of experience in finance, consulting and investment banking.
• He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
