Investor Grievances
The Exchange has created a dedicated Investor Grievance Cell (IG) which receives all the complaints from inventors/clients against the members and takes them up for resolution with the member.
To lodge a complaint against the Trading Member, the investors/ clients are required to submit a duly filled up Complaint Registration Form.
While filling up the form, the following should be ensured:-
  • Claim amount and statement of calculation should be clearly stated.
  • Copies of documents in support of the claim should be provided.
  • Copies of correspondences exchanged with the member should be provided.

IPF Related

At present the IPF Trust of the Exchange has set following compensation limits for the claims arising out of defaulter member :-

 The maximum amount of compensation available against a single claim of an investor arising out of defaulter member as actual amount of claim or Rs.1 lakh, whichever is less.

 No member level compensation limit for investor claims against a defaulter member.

Note : Present compensation limits are for genuine investor claims against defaulter member of the Exchange and are subject to modification from time to time as per IPFT mandate.
