Please  do the following steps if there is any issue in downloading
  • Remove the pop-up blocker, if installed.
  • Close all the  open browsers. Open new one. 
  • Go to Tools - Internet Options
  • Click "Delete Files"
  • Make the "Delete all offline content" checked on  Delete files window.
  • Click "OK"
  • Click "OK"
  • Close the browser.
  • Open the browser and try again downloading. 
  • If there is a proxy server for accessing the internet, Please do the same above steps  to clean the temporary internet files on proxy server also.
