Hindi Circular Disclaimer
The circulars issued by NCDEX in English have now been translated into Hindi to facilitate a wider audience to be able to benefit from the same. Please note that there may be some time lag between the time the circular in English version is issued and the time its Hindi version is uploaded on the Internet.
While the Exchange has taken adequate care to ensure that the Hindi translation captures the essence of the information contained in their English counterpart, there could be differences in interpretation on account of different languages being used - Hindi and English.
This is to inform the readers that in case of such differences in interpretation or insufficiency of information, if any, in circulars issued in Hindi, their respective version in English would prevail and would be final and binding.
